Cancellation Policy

Practical advice and trusted information to help you prepare for your Tanzania journey.

Cancellation Fees

All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email to the office that confirmed the reservation. The cancellation will be considered effective from the date it is received by our booking office. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

Kilimanjaro Treks:

10 days or more before departure – No cancellation fees. 5 days before departure – 10% of the total tour price will be charged. 0 to 2 days before departure – 50% of the total tour price will be charged.

Tanzania Safaris(lodge safari) (Including Park Entrance Fees):

15 days or more before departure(lodge safari) – No cancellation fees. 5 days before departure(lodge safari) – 10% of the total tour price will be charged. 2 days before departure(lodge safari) – 40% of the total tour price will be charged. 0 to 1 days before departure(lodge safari) – 50% of the total tour price will be charged. No refunds available for flights.

Tanzania Safaris(Camping safari) (Including Park Entrance Fees):

10 days or more before departure(camp safari) – No cancellation fees. 5 days before departure(camp safari) – 10% of the total tour price will be charged. 2 days before departure(camp safari) – 20% of the total tour price will be charged. 0 to 1 days before departure(camp safari) – 40% of the total tour price will be charged. No refunds available for flights.

Change of Travel Dates

Clients may reschedule their tour at any time. However, any applicable cancellation fees and additional charges (if any) will be communicated prior to rescheduling. If the booking is later canceled after rescheduling, the original travel date will be used to determine any applicable refund.

Cancellation by Josh Dreamland Safari

Josh Dreamland Safari reserves the right to cancel any tour at its sole discretion due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will issue a full refund of all payments made by the client. This refund constitutes our full liability, and no additional claims or compensation shall be entertained.

Before You Cancel or Reschedule
