Arusha to Tarangire National Park
We will pick you up from your hotel, and after meeting the guide, chef and the other clients, we will drive to Tarangire National Park (2 hours), which is famous for its diverse landscape. The park is particularly known for its abundance of ancient baobab trees and for having the largest concentration of elephants in the country. It offers unique opportunities to observe interactions among elephant families. We will do a game drive through the park depending on where they have reported sightings of animals (mostly predators, lions, cheetahs and leopards - as they are harder to spot). Herbivores like giraffes, wildebeest and zebras are plentiful throughout the park. After lunch, we will proceed with the game drive and exit the park at around 4:30 pm, then head to our campsite for dinner and sleep.
