Arrival in Tanzania

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our professional safari team and transferred to your lodge in Arusha.

Accommodation before the tour can be arranged at an additional cost.

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome to Arusha

Your safari begins with a relaxed arrival experience. After airport pickup, enjoy a transfer to your lodge for lunch (depending on arrival time).

Later, take a short guided walk through Arusha to get a feel for the local culture before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – Tarangire National Park Safari

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its iconic baobab trees and large elephant herds.

Enjoy a full-day game drive through diverse landscapes of river valleys, woodlands, and swamps. Expect sightings of elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and rare species like the greater kudu and ashy starling.

Day 3 – Journey to Serengeti National Park

Travel towards the legendary Serengeti National Park with a scenic drive and picnic lunch along the way.

Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive across endless plains teeming with wildlife, including wildebeest, zebras, and predators.

Day 4 – Central to Northern Serengeti

After breakfast, enjoy a game drive en route to Northern Serengeti. This region is known for its dramatic landscapes and proximity to the Mara River.

Wildlife sightings are abundant, with chances to see elephants, big cats, and migrating herds (seasonal).

Day 5 – Northern Serengeti Exploration

Start early with a sunrise game drive—one of the best times to witness predators in action.

Later, return to Central Serengeti with continued game viewing along the way.

Day 6 – Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands

Enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti before heading towards the lush highlands of Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Relax at your lodge surrounded by scenic views and cool mountain air.

Day 7 – Ngorongoro Crater Safari

Descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day safari.

This wildlife-rich caldera is home to the Big Five, including endangered black rhinos, as well as lions, elephants, buffalo, and large herds of grazers. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor.

Day 8 – Lake Manyara National Park

Visit Lake Manyara National Park, a compact yet diverse park set against the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

Spot tree-climbing lions, elephants, flamingos, and over 400 bird species in forests, grasslands, and lakeshore habitats.

Return to Arusha in the evening.

Day 9 – Arusha National Park Experience

Explore Arusha National Park, known for its scenic beauty and unique activities.

Enjoy a guided walking safari, followed by a canoeing experience on Momella Lakes. Later, continue with a game drive featuring giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and colobus monkeys.

Views of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro complete the experience.

Day 10 – Departure

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
